Workout Because You Love your Body!

 


We often want to exercise or lose weight because we don't like our bodies.  We feel we are lacking something else.

But what about looking at it from a totally different perspective.

What if the reason you want to work out and eat better is not that you are trying to change something you hate but that you LOVE your body so much that you want to take care of it as best you can!  

Accepting there is nothing to hate about your body is the key - You can simply love your body for what it is and make a supportive decision to make any changes because you want to take care of it.

Make changes to your body because you love it not because you hate it!
